What ages does the Tour Club accommodate?

We offer our program to ages 6 to 12. We've noticed that an array of ages offers a new level of engagement to the participants after often being in a classroom full of peers their own age. Participants older than 12 may be accepted on an individual basis and would likely be given a leadership role within the group. Please contact us before registering anyone older than 12 so we can make sure it's a good fit.

Can out of town guests come along?

Yes! As long as a guardian completes the waivers and the guests are between the ages of 6 and 12 they are more than welcome to join.

Are there minimum sign up requirements?

No. You're welcome to send your kid(s) with us every day but we're happy to take them for a single day too if that's all you need.

Does paying for a tour secure a spot?

Yes - but before anyone can attend a tour, their parent or guardian must complete required waivers.

What qualifications do the Tour Guides have?

All of our tour guides have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and are CPR, First Aid and AED Certified. Tour Guides are vetted and background checked.

What is the child to adult ratio?

There is always at least 1 adult per 5 kids.

How do you get around?

Each day is a different

Lyft and Uber allow us us to visit more destinations and make the best use of our time. If your child requires a booster-seat we are happy to accommodate. Just send the booster-seat with your child and a chaperone will take responsibility for it. If your child requires a carseat we unfortunately cannot accommodate.

We also utilize public transportation (RTD) when traveling to Boulder - we catch the FF2 from Union Station to the Boulder Transit Center.

Oh no! We're running late! How late is it too late to drop off my kids?

Our first leg usually starts on the bus which means we might not have the option of waiting. If you know you're running late, call and let us know so we can make the best plan.

I still have more questions. Where can I go for answers?

Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

You might also find answers to your questions in the liability waivers
